The Architects The Idea Architects is run by Kirsten Dougal-Biggs. I started my career in advertising as an account planner at Grey Advertising. In 1988 I moved across the fence to qualitative research and have worked as a director and partner in some of the UK’s top agencies before launching The Idea Architects in 1998.	I am a full member of the MRS and a member of AQR and have helped to run training courses for both. Over the years I have developed a comprehensive network of researchers, consultants and international partners.
